Two Red River Women Arrested for Theft and Possession of Stolen Things

BATON ROUGE, LA – Attorney General Jeff Landry's Office arrested two women in Red River Parish.

Eletha Seabaugh (71 of Coushatta) was arrested and charged with one count of Theft over $25,000, nine counts of Computer Fraud, and two counts of Theft less than $1,000.

Raina Dalme (38 of Coushatta) was arrested and charged with one count of Illegal Possession of Stolen Things.

The arrests came after Special Agents with the Louisiana Bureau of Investigation (LBI) received a letter from the Red River Parish District Attorney requesting that the LBI initiate an investigation into allegations of theft and/or misappropriation of funds at Red River Industries in Coushatta.

LBI Agents complied with the request and conducted an investigation into the matter. Once the investigation was complete, agents provided the District Attorney with an investigative report. A grand jury was then convened and the facts and circumstances of the investigation were presented by the District Attorney’s Office. That grand jury made the indictments, and both subjects were arrested and booked without incident.
