BATON ROUGE, LA – Attorney General Jeff Landry announced today that Keisha Robinson has been arrested on charges involving schemes to defraud the state’s Medicaid program.

Robinson was charged with one count of identity theft, one count of computer fraud, and one count of criminal conspiracy to commit Medicaid fraud after downloading over 13,000 Medicaid Recipient’s information from Louisiana Healthcare Connections, a Louisiana Managed Care Organization.

“Our office takes all fraud, especially Medicaid fraud, very seriously,” said Attorney General Jeff Landry. “We will support law enforcement to investigate, apprehend, and prosecute those who defraud our state and its people.”

Robinson – 43, of 507 Fox Run Avenue in Lafayette – was arrested today by Attorney General Jeff Landry’s Medicaid Fraud Control Unit investigators with the assistance of the Broussard Police Department. She will be booked into the Lafayette Parish Prison.
