General Landry: Deceiving hard-working entrepreneurs and business owners is not acceptable; and my office is committed to bringing scammers engaging in fraud, corruption, and unfair trade practices to justice.

General Landry: Our office is committed to protecting our State’s resources and vigorously prosecuting the criminals who defraud Louisiana.

General Landry: From telemarketing fraud to sweepstakes fraud, fake check scams to living trust scams – the best way to protect seniors and their loved ones is to become familiar with the kinds of tactics and schemes that con artists ordinarily use.

General Landry: I applaud the House of Representatives for passing HB 1148 and HB 453, common-sense bills that uphold the rule of law and get justice for victims of crime.

General Landry: By properly enforcing the tobacco settlement, our office has protected the substantial annual MSA payment to Louisiana. I am proud of our team’s tireless effort to secure this much-needed revenue for the State.
