General Landry: The citizens of our State and those who travel here from across the world deserve a Louisiana where government officials are not actively undermining the rule of law.

General Landry: Child pornography exploits the most vulnerable victims. My office is committed to arresting those who prey on children.

General Landry: My office and I are committed to rooting out fraud wherever it exists. We will do all we can to protect the Medicaid program for people who really need the help.

General Landry: Child exploitation is a real problem that affects too many of our State's most innocent. My office is committed to investigating and arresting those who prey on our children.

General Landry: Sanctuary policies encourage further illegal immigration, undermine anti-terrorism efforts, and promote an underground economy that sabotages the tax base. They also waste much-needed public resources as they force the federal government to find and arrest deportable criminals already taken into custody by local law enforcement.

General Landry: My Office will enforce the Louisiana Equal Housing Opportunity Act and we will work hard in the investigation, conciliation, and judicial enforcement of fair housing claims

General Landry: As a veteran, I stand with millions of others in eternal gratitude and respect for the departed’s military service. To remove veterans memorials would dishonor their sacrifice and create the very kind of religiously based divisiveness that the Establishment Clause seeks to avoid.

General Landry: Every time someone defrauds the Medicaid program, resources are taken away from the poor and money away from the taxpayers. This unlawful and immoral act will be prosecuted as our office is committed to ruling out fraud, waste, and abuse in Medicaid.

General Landry: Child exploitation is real and appalling. My office is committed to taking those who prey on our innocent youth off the streets.

General Landry: Louisiana law is clear; price gouging is illegal, and I will investigate and prosecute price gougers to the fullest extent of the law.

General Landry: From deposits to leases, maintenance to repairs – it is critical for tenants and landlords understand their responsibilities and obligations as they work to pick up the pieces from the recent flooding.

General Landry: It is one thing to use the legal system to pursue public policy outcomes; but it is quite another to use prosecutorial weapons to intimidate critics, silence free speech, or chill the robust exchange of ideas.

General Landry: I am proud to have stood together with leaders from across the country to shut down these sham charities and their abhorrent lies. My office and I will continue to do all that we can to end charity fraud.

General Landry: The overwhelming majority of Louisiana wanted to ban convicted felons from public office. I applaud the House Committee on Civil Law for working to ensure the vote of the people will be honored.

General Landry: Our State deserves better than public corruption, bribery, and abuse of government offices.

General Landry: Flood-damaged vehicles can end up on the used car market and sold to unsuspecting customers. I do not want our State’s consumers to get taken for a ride.

General Landry : My office and I are committed to making our communities safer. We will aggressively pursue, arrest, and charge child predators.

General Landry: Our next Justice of the United States Supreme Court must defend the Constitution of the United States of America and respect the rule of law.

General Landry: Our neighbors have been devastated by the recent flooding across Louisiana. I do not want them to be further damaged by con artists preying on people who are down on their luck.

General Landry: This intervention will ensure that the collaborative work of the State and Parishes on coastal restoration is not threatened with continuous, fragmented lawsuits. It allows these issues to be addressed in totality and in a fair, consistent manner.
